SGS School participated in the Australian International Competitions and Assessments for Schools (ICAS) 2014 for English and came out in flying colours. The achievement: One gold medal winner, 6 High distinctions, 11 distinction, 11merit and 18 credits. Alexandra Hii Wei Chi of Year 11 B is the gold medal winner; she was ambitious and bagged the medal this year before she completes her O'levels. The ICAS examination provides an opportunity for students in year 2 to year 11 to gain a measure of their own achievement in an external setting situation. SGS hopes to win more medals and high scores in the future.
