St. George’s School once again held its annual Orphan Welfare Donation Programme. This year, a total of 12 orphaned students received donations, which were handed over by the Principal, Mr. Janidi Jingan.
The programme aims to nurture empathy, care, values of kindness and social responsibility among students while ensuring that orphaned students receive support during important religious and cultural occasions, especially during Ramadhan and in preparation for Hari Raya Aidilfitri. This reflects the school’s ongoing commitment to supporting the well-being of its orphaned students, promoting compassion and strengthening the spirit of charity within the school.
The success of this initiative was made possible through the generosity of parents, teachers, and students who contributed monetary donations. Their support highlights the strong unity and caring spirit within the St. George’s School community.
