On the morning of 23rd May 2026, it was pure storybook magic at St. George's School Kindergarten Book Character Dress-Up Day! 📚✨ Classrooms were transformed into a world where favorite book characters stepped right off the pages and into real life. We saw brave adventurers, silly animals, magical princesses, superheroes and so many creative costumes that brought big smiles to everyone’s faces. From tiny hats and capes to handmade props and colorful outfits, every child proudly shared the character they love most and the stories that inspire them.
Book Character Dress-Up Day reminds us that reading is more than learning words on a page — it helps children dream bigger, build confidence, explore emotions, and develop a lifelong love for books. Through stories, children learn kindness, courage, friendship, curiosity, and the power of imagination. Seeing our kindergarteners proudly become their favorite characters was a beautiful celebration of creative and joyful learning.
A huge thank you to all the families who helped create such thoughtful and imaginative costumes and to our little learners for bringing so much energy, wonder, and personality into the classrooms today. The smiles, laughter, and excitement we shared are memories we will treasure for a very long time 💛📖
