St. George's School held its annual Graduation Ceremony on the 24th November 2022. This took place at Pusat Belia.

Graduating students and performers began preparing for the morning's programme from as early as 6:30 a.m. The event began at 8:00 a.m. with the arrival of the guest of honour, our Chairman of the school board of governors, Mr. Anthony Liew Vun Chiang. To receive him were Mr. Janidi Jingan, the principal of St. George's School, along with Mr. NM Mubarak and other members of the school management team.

After the singing of the national anthem and school song, as well as the recital of the surah al-fatihah, the principal of St. George's School, Mr. Janidi Jingan, took to the podium to deliver his welcoming remarks and vote of appreciation towards parents for continually supporting the school and giving us their trust and confidence.

Mr. Janidi encouraged our Year 6 graduands to make positive adjustments as they head into the secondary section, and to remain focused and be responsible for their own actions from hereon out. He also reminded our Year 11 graduands that this is not the end for them at St. George's Schoo, because "Once a St. Georgian, always a St. Georgian". At the conclusion of his speech, the principal then confirmed our Year 6 and Year 11 students graduates. Graduating students roared as the moment they had joyously anticipated had arrived!

The principal of the school then presented a souvenir to the guest of honour for the day, Mr. Anthony Liew. Once pictures were taken, words of thanks exchanged, and all were seated, it was time for the kindergarten students to shine! Each kindergarten class presented cute dance numbers. Following this was a violin performance by our string quartet made up of Year 10 and Year 9 students.

The ceremony was further appreciated with speeches given by Nuraleesa Damia bte Md Noorazhar and Wan Mohammad Azzad bin Wan Hj Md Faisal of Kindergarten 3, Venice Gabrielle P. Santos of Year 6A, Ak Md Wafiq Raid bin Pg Khairul Azrin of Year 6B and our Head Boy and Girl, Nicholas Wong Sing Wang and Phoebe Chong Xiao Wei of Year 11. Looking splendid in their graduation robes and mortar board, the graduands formally received their graduation certificates. The top students from the three levels were also honoured for their excellent results in the final exam. Together with the invited guests, parents and teachers, they were all treated to dance performances from both the primary and secondary sections. The ceremony ended with a Graduation Song presented by all the graduates.
